We offer two main categories of service. The Pools & Outdoor Living side covers in-ground pool installation, patios and stamped concrete, decks, fences, outdoor kitchens, pavilions and pergolas, retaining walls and masonry, sunrooms and full outdoor living builds. The Excavation & Land Clearing side covers land clearing, excavation and dirt work, grading, forestry mulching, drainage solutions, demolition, and site preparation.
We’re based in Westminster, MD and primarily serve Carroll County, Frederick County, and southern York County in Pennsylvania — including Mount Airy, Frederick, and York. If you’re not sure whether we travel to your location, just call and ask.
Yes. We hold a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor license (MHIC #138389), a Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor license (PA HIC #189457), and LTE #2213. We are also bonded and insured.

Yes. We work with residential homeowners, commercial property owners, and industrial clients. The excavation and land clearing side of the business is particularly well-suited to commercial and industrial site work.
It varies significantly by project type and size. A fence install may take one to two days. A patio takes two to five days. An in-ground pool installation can take several weeks. A large land clearing and grading project varies based on acreage and conditions. We’ll give you a specific timeline as part of your estimate.
Many projects — pools, decks, pavilions, sunrooms, retaining walls above a certain height, land clearing on larger parcels — do require permits. Requirements vary by county and municipality. We’ll discuss permitting needs as part of your project planning and help point you in the right direction.
